MRF , I understood you were referring to investments such as ECNs , Co op etc , there would certainly be no protection from the other lot either , its just lesser of evils really .

Don't forget investors in this are not normally share punters, they want income.
So I can understand why they are worried and they are selling. No point getting a 8.5% yield but your capital falls 10%.

There is no market for this at the moment......can not sell on line.....if you place a sell order.....you get a right royal rogering.
However, guys are panicking, and selling at any price....and taking the rogering...

Yes,Not done online,but limit price of 126p.You can now by at 128.50p,and sell only 150 shares still at 127p online.11% I am holding 40,000 shares and will not be selling any.Just picking up the dividends which are yielding me 11.65% because my average price after dividend re-investment is 103p.

Theres no market out there right now no ones going to take the offer minimal market size quotes and telephone only.PI selling in any size are going to get shafted.

Bit of a panic in RUSP as well. The ordinaries and RUSC are unchanged so clearly it is private investors not able to hold their nerve and selling RUSP at stupid prices.

I think may get these cheaper on Monday after air strikes this weekend in Syria. Just on Russian sentiment.
