Invesco have investors clamouring for cash back now Woodford has gone. I expected sales by them.
Woodford LOVES Raven, has been a great fan since day one and has most of the Prefs.
So do not be surprised to see Woodford buying oodles in his new fund.

Looks like the new fund manager is going to sell down the holding of RUS and replace it with his own choices. Does not look good for RUS as there are one hell of a lot of shares to sell.

I'm not seeing that. Do I need to revisit the previous RNS as well as to me this one shows Pre Trigger transaction: 261.57m
Post Trigger transaction 218.92m ( 42.6m have gone)

Doesn't surprise me if Invesco are reducing, if Raven is in Invesco Income, High Income funds. So would just be a bit of book keeping by Woodford's replacement.

Can't say I've actually checked the Income/High Income Invesco fund deets to see if they are. Safe assumption given the sizeable reduction,and original stake.

Tender offer just announced (3.30pm) at 85p quite an uplift from 66p !!

We have touched 63.5p today currently offered at 66p . Leave on buy limit at 62p old support level . Prefs having a bad day also at 143p !

Could do with hearing from the company re details of share buyback in respect of dividend. Last year we heard after 17 days its now been nearly 5 weeks. Need to know this will not be affected by the current political turmoil, then I might think of buying.

I've been in and out of the ordinaries and prefs for years now and have always made money. Raven is a really good company but the political risk is high. Just remember all those London Stock Exchange investors who lost their money building the Czar Nicholas Railway. Very long time ago now but the rule still holds true................political risk can wipe you out.

providing they dont start reducing rents, there was a caveat in the latest results that stated this was an option over ruble depreciation.

Plan is to get to 6p a share per year very quickly. That was the rationale for swapping prefs for ords on a one for two basis. So the income soon caught up with what the prefs were paying.
So expect 6p total for 2015, if not before.
