My reading is that the sanctions will not affect the payment of the dividend, but it's understandable that some people will want to de-risk.

Don't let him wind you up, I been in this 11 years, seen ups and down, stock market crashes, 2014 Crimea conflict, same them. Always paid out every 13 weeks. But of course any stock there is risk, thats why yield is 11.42%.
