gregpeck7, you're way off the mark I'm afraid, the foundation holds most of the shares, they floated only around a third. So no, there won't be a bid unless the foundation agreed, and they won't.

This is especially true for tech companies. Darktrace, Sophos, Blue Prism, Wise... I mean you name it. I actually struggle to think of one UK tech IPO that hasn't flopped eventually. Not saying this isn't a great business with a great future, but chances are, first sign of trouble, its going below IPO price.

Given most UK IPOs go wrong (i.e. trade below their IPO price eventually), why don't you just wait for the inevitable wobble and then just buy in?
