Great, got my allocations, happy with that. Well done to EU and the team at pi towers, keep on knocking them out, British computing gets a second life.

This from HL:

Raspberry Pi Holdings shares are now trading on a Conditional or When Issued basis. This means that should the company fail to issue the shares to the market and remove them from the London Stock Exchange, all trades will become void.

During this period, you can sell your shares but can only buy additional shares within a Fund and Share account.

Unconditional trading is expected to commence at 8am on Friday 14 June 2024. This means you will be able to purchase shares in any account e.g. Stocks and Shares ISA.

So much potential here they just priced it way too low, would be worth billions on Nasdaq.

Allocations were showing in my hl account early doors, but unfortunately I applied across my isa, sipp and general accounts.
So my 365 shares have been split across 3 accounts and I will now have 3x dealing fees to sell out.

II lunchtime report:

Raspberry Pi shares rose to 372.88p.

This is well above the 280p per share IPO price disclosed by Raspberry Pi earlier Tuesday. At the IPO price, Raspberry Pi would have a market value of around GBP541.6 million, the company said in a statement.

Kathleen Brooks, research director at XTB said the IPO was "good news for the UK" with the market debut seeing "extremely strong demand."

"This is a sign that there is life in the London stock market, and companies can derive value from listing in London," Brooks commented.

Anyone from ii seen their allocation come through yet? (Ah - yes - I see someone has.) Is it simply that every private investor is getting 365 shares? I suppose if there were 160,000 applicants for shares - then 365 each is a fair split. It would be good to see the actual figures of the over subscription. I'm quite disappointed (as are many of you) at the scale of the reduction in shares allocated vs shares applied for. I had to sell a significant holding in order to make the application. Oh well.

Cheers
PJ
