11/6/2024 14:38 | This from HL: Raspberry Pi Holdings shares are now trading on a Conditional or When Issued basis. This means that should the company fail to issue the shares to the market and remove them from the London Stock Exchange, all trades will become void. During this period, you can sell your shares but can only buy additional shares within a Fund and Share account. Unconditional trading is expected to commence at 8am on Friday 14 June 2024. This means you will be able to purchase shares in any account e.g. Stocks and Shares ISA. | ![]() pete160

11/6/2024 14:09 | So much potential here they just priced it way too low, would be worth billions on Nasdaq. | ![]() gregpeck7
11/6/2024 13:45 | Allocations were showing in my hl account early doors, but unfortunately I applied across my isa, sipp and general accounts. So my 365 shares have been split across 3 accounts and I will now have 3x dealing fees to sell out. | ![]() pete160
11/6/2024 13:31 | Anyone explain the difference between conditional and unconditional trading in layman's terms. Thanks | ![]() goonerbob

11/6/2024 13:05 | Not had my allocation from interactive investor yet but the website says allocations will be capped at 365 shares and price is 280p https://www.ii.co.uk | ![]() ltinvest
11/6/2024 13:05 | II lunchtime report: Raspberry Pi shares rose to 372.88p. This is well above the 280p per share IPO price disclosed by Raspberry Pi earlier Tuesday. At the IPO price, Raspberry Pi would have a market value of around GBP541.6 million, the company said in a statement. Kathleen Brooks, research director at XTB said the IPO was "good news for the UK" with the market debut seeing "extremely strong demand." "This is a sign that there is life in the London stock market, and companies can derive value from listing in London," Brooks commented. | ![]() davius
11/6/2024 12:54 | Anyone from ii seen their allocation come through yet? (Ah - yes - I see someone has.) Is it simply that every private investor is getting 365 shares? I suppose if there were 160,000 applicants for shares - then 365 each is a fair split. It would be good to see the actual figures of the over subscription. I'm quite disappointed (as are many of you) at the scale of the reduction in shares allocated vs shares applied for. I had to sell a significant holding in order to make the application. Oh well. Cheers PJ | ![]() pj fozzie
11/6/2024 12:44 | Same ratio for me, not surprised. | ![]() bertiebingo
11/6/2024 12:43 | Shame that more shares weren't allocated to retail as hobbyists were a big part of getting the company going to start with. Interactive investor capped all retail at 365 shares around £1000 so when conditional trading starts on Friday if the price holds up most of us will be sitting on a £400 gain which is nice but could have been significantly more if full allocations were recieved. Still positive for the London IPO scene much needed I think. | ![]() ltinvest
11/6/2024 12:35 | AJ have 'dealt' now. Still can't sell right enough but same 365 shares for me as well...all a bit pointless but thankfully didn't spend too long on this as assumed it would be priced to go so was a bit of a no brainer. Sadly the profit on my mighty 365 shares ain't gonna change my life but hey ho. | ![]() marketmuser |
