Rangers have a good reputation for youth development not sure if this was the scouts picking excellent potential or the quality of the coaching or both.

Laxey recently sold a holding in Goal Soccer Centres but I wonder if there is potential here for a formal scouting arrangement between RFC (or any professiona_l club) and GOAL?

Why don't you big girls give up the ghost and accept that Rangers are dead? Murray put you on life suport but had to accept a patsy in White to switch it off.

IF they can not pay some of the new players ( the club has less than £10M INCLUDING this term's season ticket receipts) they might not escape from this division next spring.

Considering the return of Green, the cash drainage ( or maybe even theft?) since the fund raising and listing, McCall doesn't want to pay for this club, who is willing to?
I think there could be further pressure on this share price. Perhaps they shall have to raise several million by end of 2013. Perhaps, at say 30P a share.
Meanwhile Green wants £14M for his 24% of the stock! make me laugh.

worried about the spending on new players salaries, do the club need all these players to get out of division 2, surely stick with the youngsters and get the double whammy of keeping costs down and bringing on home grown talent.
Let's not get back into the troubles of the past.

CHARO, you put the situation regarding trading this company on the market very well.

Huge Pants, I see today that now one Director has even posted up a vid of another Director, Murray, drunk! A total farce.
I am surprised the shares have held up so well around 50p.

Who'd be a Rangers shareholder. Bad enough that David Murray managed to render the shares worthless, even worse for current shareholders who thought they were buying into a "clean" company run by proper businessmen.

should the nomads now resign along with other advisors.aim team should require suspension unless or untill clear and robust legal advice received that the claim against the clubs assets is unlikely to succeed, words chosen carefully, and that the sfa will be content to maintain rangers as a member with the ownwership of shares in such unclear not to say unsavoury hands.

There does seem to be a degree of chaos at RFC for sure, Hector

Interesting that Lawyers for Worthingon are now willing to work on a contingency basis - must be quite confident

You could not make it all up , C-J.
Seems the Lancashire based boss of Worthington has agreed to payroll White to the sum of one million to help him set up his case. Worthington is also a link to Chase Brothers ( or is it close Br) which links in some way Green and White.

Green to earn £2.9M from the sale of his shares in 'The Rangers' but as he cannot sell till December who can tell what he will receive. I surmise that White will not succeed, but the key damage has been that the Board is now split into two factions one of whom has elected what could be a weak temporary CEO. The other damage may be that Green could be deemed not a proper person to have taken over the club - which is probably why he has walked. Further damage is, who would buy season tickets.

You can see the board collapsing, an EGM, and thousands of Hun fans at the doors of the meeting demanding Walter Smith .

Best thing to do is to buy Worthington shares as a hedge in case they do own the busness and assets of Rangers! If Worthington do succeed in the claim then the shares will be a multiple of where there are today.
