((((PUBLIC NOTICE LEWIS IS RAMPIMG))))
1:100 reverse split....There is always a loss for investors in a Reverse Split. One always hears that the stock value will be the same despite whatever ratio. However, what you DO NOT hear is about the initial investment. The market fluctuates daily, so it can be unpredictable sometimes. When the market is down, unless you sell, there is no loss.

Basically, you ride the wave, waiting for it to return to or above initial investment. Now, if the Reverse Split takes place BELOW your initial investment, you will receive the number of shares based on the current market value, NOT your initial investment.

Since you did NOT sell, you can’t report the loss for taxes. Now, you will NEVER be able to RECOVER your losses with less shares, especially if the Reverse Split was 1:100, and if you sell now, your current shares/value does not equate to the initial investments. Now you have capital loss without you selling.

Basically, it like you gave free money to the company or they robbed shareholders. Reverse Split good for the Company, bad for the shareholder.

Just to clarify. I am not saying that LTH on averages of 3p will be delighted next week when shares worth .03p each in Range suddenly become 3p each in Star Phoenix. And their shares in a small Trinidadian oiler run from Perth suddenly becomes a different company, with a totally different business plan, mission and direction.

I am saying THEY WILL SUDDENLY GET INTERESTED AGAIN. And consolidating shares and making all these changes to name, share price and mission statement will probably do us all some good. MCap has been up to £100m since I have had shares in 2014. It is now only £3-£4m, the cost of a nice flat in central London. Lot of upside possible for Star Phoenix.

Can someone on the other thread explain to Lewis that if you have an average of 3p now then your average after the consol will be £3 on a share price of 3p. The consolidation isn’t good news unless there is lots and lots of positive news that 100 bags from 3p.

Two RNS today. Market reacted with 8.77% increase to .031p.

That should change from Range Resources at 0.031p to Star Phoenix at 3.1p next week. Shareholders on averages of 3p and above will suddenly get interested again. Should get Range/Star Phoenix a bit of free publicity. And any publicity is often good publicity - will put company on the map again.

Happy Christmas to all shareholders of this exciting new share rising from the ashes of Range. Everything to like.

lol, it'll be an interesting week alright..!

these two clowns have been fired out of the canon too many times methinks..

All this then they are going to get a large dose of consolidation then hit by short traders to take it back down.. I wonder how RRL will announce the rig deal is off...

The rig sale seems a win-win to me. Wilson clearly want these rigs and are willing to pay cash of almost the MCap of Range currently.

Yet a delay in payment is agreed on condition they give us penalty cause cash. And if sale does not complete in January, both parties pull out of deal, Range still have their asset which is worth quite a bit of cash, and we do another deal.

Not rocket science, is it. Just simple business, bit like buying and selling an expensive house in London. Yes, householders get v worried if a sale does not go through on time, but you don't immediately think: "this is a terminal tragedy. I cannot go on with life".

Same as if you had valued your own house in expensive Home Counties at £5m, but valuer said it should go on market for only £4m. But you then got offers lower and eventually decided to accept an offer of £3m and now that bargain sale has been delayed by 2 months, and may now fall through.

Is your house therefore now worth absolutely nothing any more? And will no one ever ever buy it?

Why would buyer paid late fees for faults that are with Range producing licences?I smell a rat

I’m all for this sale completing but let’s be honest. Nothing has completed and I’m pretty sure the buyer could easily say here’s the 3.6m and we won’t be paying any late fees. RRL are not in any position to me making threats and penalties at all. Basically nothing has yet happened or been confirmed/signed off. We are in the exact same position as we were 4 weeks ago with regards to the rig sale.

Let’s get this right Wilson will pay a late fee of 3600 a day because range can’t provide the ownership document from the Trinidad authorities
You couldnt write this stuff but range actually publish this bs....
