I'm still laughing at celtic calling me "blinkered".

He is 99% down on Range, still bullish, and I am blinkered.

lol

You have to remember celticheart07 approved of the IOP deal as well as numerous board changes, the only decision, in the 7 years he has held, that he has opposed has been the RRDSL acquisition and even then after it was voted through he tried to ramp it as a good move....he is like a snake 🐍 but even more poisonous

"Are you really that blinkered"

Ha ha ha ha ha... Says the epitome of a "blinkered" individual . Classic. lol

If the regulator felt uncomfortable only because Range was delisted why did they not say so, and even more so, why didn't Range say so as it would have removed negative speculation about the reason why the deal was blocked.

What is simple is your inability to understand anything negative about this company since you first invested...it’s one of the reasons you still have to work at such an old age

"Well they were blocked on the TRIN deal, so there must be a reason why they didn't want it sold on to Range. Are you really that blinkered, we were de-listed at the time, I suspect Range hoped that we would have re-listed by that stage in the negotiations but we hadn't. It really is that simple.

Well they were blocked on the TRIN deal, so there must be a reason why they didn't want it sold on to Range.

Strange how Eva said they were not blocked but would not be specific in her explanation why the deal did not go through.

Not that it matters anything in the grand scheme of things.

I am sure it is against FCA rules to materially alter a letter written by a company secretary to a shareholder for the express purpose of misleading shareholders.

What a disgraceful post from nasnas!!!!!! Our Joint Company Secretary posts a clarification on 13 July 18 to a shareholder. That shareholder (CH) then passes it on to this board with the grateful thanks of other shareholders.

And then a certain poster - an alleged criminal - decides to discredit Eva and CH by altering her words significantly. What is the point of him or his clones? Who are shareholders expected to believe? A bitter and hateful non-shareholder since 2012 or the Joint Company Secretary?

Well, I take it back then if that is indeed true.

I wonder why the "Regulators were "unable to gain sufficient comfort" on the deal and thus rejected it." then.

Perhaps you should email Eva and ask her exactly what specifically the regulator felt uncomfortable about with Range, causing them to block the deal.

"This was not a blanket decision affecting all licences it only affected the one transaction"

And you know this how exactly?

Isn't it amazing that you have been invested in Range for almost a decade, you try to present yourself as some sort of an expert, you have non stop posted 10's of thousands of positive commentary and advice for almost a decade, but are over 99% down on your investment.

Over 99% down on your investment!

You do realise that anyone following your advice would like you also be 99% down on their investment too?

Remember your advice that "selling on relisting would be a huge mistake"?

What would it take for you to realise that you do not know what you are talking about and that your guidance is absolutely terrible?

"Like being de-listed affects who owns the company..." but it would affect the decision to grant a licence to an unlisted company. This was not a blanket decision affecting all licences it only affected the one transaction
