04/3/2019 08:56 | Looks like share price might be heading north this morning. So, agree with QANTAS. share price and oil hammering up. Should be good week, and surely the extra shares have already been discounted in price. Bit like Brexit on 29 Mar. It is not as if we have not been warned it might happen!! | lewisyfawr
04/3/2019 08:48 | I have seen ASEYHO's post on LSE and thought it was fair advice. As if anyone would admit they are taking it or ignoring it on this board. I also note a stupid post on WS from our fake martini. And usual nonsense this morning on advfn, apart from same post here from ASEYHO. George Best was, of course, from Belfast - sorry. And, yes, I met Gordon Banks about 18 years ago. And met my hero Billy Wright a couple of times - because an aged aunt was a great Wolves supporter and he used to have tea on a Sunday with her before he got married. He was in digs at time, and his landlady fed him every day except Sunday!! I was honoured to meet and spend time with both these greats - get over it troll. Both very similar - very humble men who were very interesting and very easy to chat to about all sorts of subjects. Note that WTI is hammering up thos morning. No trade in Aus and MCap remains over A$8m. What's not to like? Have a good week, y'all. Keep off alcohol and posting about us shareholders. And DYOR. Just saying. | lewisyfawr
04/3/2019 07:44 | It's not even advice, if you think this event will reduce the shares price by a material amount then it's a no brainer surely. Wether or not a lot of the reduction will already be priced in by that point is another question. | aseyho
04/3/2019 07:40 | ASEYHO - can't see any of our resident rampers taking your advice but you never knowLet's see how the sells play out today. I think we will see 10-15% knocked of share price today and similar after meeting tomorrow with maybe small bounce by end of week | rangenoresources
04/3/2019 07:37 | Nas - it's great and WTI is falling again this morning as they yanks are going to flood the market of oil so there is an over supply. Trump wants a 2nd term and he knows he needs to make sure Americans feel they have more money in their pocket and lower gas prices when they fill their cars up will help himWhat is not to like? | rangenoresources
04/3/2019 06:50 | Less than 10 days, if the subscription to pay the 1.6m is going ahead. If you think this will knock down the shares price even temporary then it's an excellent opportunity to sell now and buy back in later in the month taking advantage of the potentially material dilllution. " 1.5 Subscription Agreement The material terms of the Subscription Agreement are as follows: (a) Variations to the Convertible Note Agreement With effect from the date of the Subscription Agreement, the interest payment date for the interest due and payable under the Convertible Note Agreement for the 12 month period to 28 November 2018, being US$1,600,000, is deferred until the earlier of the date the Subscription Agreement is terminated and the date on which the condition precedent is satisfied (Completion Date). The issue of Shares to LandOcean under the Subscription Agreement will be in full and final satisfaction of the Company's obligation to pay the Accrued Interest to LandOcean under the Convertible Note Agreement. (b) Condition precedent Completion of the issue of Shares under the Subscription Agreement is conditional on and does not become binding unless and until Shareholders have approved the issue of Shares to LandOcean. If Shareholder approval is not obtained prior to 15 March 2019 (Cut Off Date), or the Subscription Agreement is terminated, the Company must pay the Accrued Interest to LandOcean in immediately available funds on the Cut Off Date. (c) Subscription and issue The number of Shares to be issued to LandOcean on the Completion Date will be calculated as follows: Accrued Interest (converted into Australian dollars at the Exchange Rate) / Subscription Price Where: Accrued Interest means the total amount of interest due and payable by the Company to LandOcean pursuant the Convertible Note Agreement on the Interest Payment Date (as defined in the Convertible Note Agreement) falling in the 2018 calendar year, being US$1,600,000. Exchange Rate means at any time, the mid-rate which appears on the Bloomberg Screen "USDAUD" at or about 11:00am Sydney time on that day. Subscription Price means the amount per Share equal to the average of the daily volume weighted average sale price of Shares traded on the ASX during the 90 Trading Days prior to the Completion Date without reference to the sale price of Shares sold in: · any transaction defined in the ASX Operating Rules as "special"; · crossings prior to the commencement of normal trading; · crossings during the after hours adjust phase; · overnight trades; or · trades arising from the exercise of options in respect of Shares." | aseyho
04/3/2019 06:12 | Marshsi - waste of time asking dribble as he likes egg chasingHere are the 6 bestGoalkeeper Neville SouthallDefender Mike EnglandMidfielder Ryan Giggs, Ivor AllchurchStriker Cliff Jones, Billy Meredith Saw 4 of them live on many occasions | rangenoresources
03/3/2019 16:55 | Marshsi. I would say 1. John Charles 2. Gareth Bale 3. Ian Rush and 4. Michael Owen. I only say last one because everyone thinks he was English. But he was from Flintshire, same as Ian Rush. Think most would say John Charles was up there. Who is regarded as England's greatest footballer, do you think? Some I can think of that I would say were great were Billy Wright, Jimmy Greaves, Gordon Banks, David Beckham, Paul Scholes, John Terry, Paul Gascoigne and George Best. Saw them all play and spent some quality time with two of them - Billy Wright and Gordon Banks. Billy Wright has always been my personal favourite - never remember him putting a foot wrong and he would always win the headers even though he was quite short. | lewisyfawr
03/3/2019 15:04 | Lewis, who is regarded as wales greatest ever footballer? | marshsi
