have been well screwed by this one, sold 1/3 last week, should have sold all. Too bloody late now, will just have to wait and see what happens. Had nearly 1 mill at one stage then sold 70% when covid hit to buy the farm. What a blessing that was.

0.2p placing is my guess.

Massive dilutive placing, rinsing out all current holders.

0.625 isn't cheap it appears. Is 0.45p. I doubt it.

We just don't know yet, but yes it's looking very unfavourable for holders at the moment. Daylight robbery the way this has been handled.

The arrogance of the west is breath taking at times, and their incompetence is unrivaled.

very true.

the common belief among most plebs in the UK is that the Chinese numbers re covid can't be trusted, and cite the original "cover up" when the new disease was first being struggled with and they didn't know what it was, and they say the same about Russia too on just about everything the Russians do.

The arrogance of the west is breath taking at times, and their incompetence is unrivaled.

Thanks for your reply, i hope your family get reunited soon.

The deal looks promising enough, but we will have to wait, again, and see what the new man on the top can do, or not do for his wedge. Am too far out to sell now so it's goldmine or bankrupt.

Nope, unfortunately listed on the AIM which is basically the Dodge city of indices. That's why they delisted from the TSX, to navigate a way to screw existing holders.

I have no doubt that the company will fall foul to its new covenants and shareholders will lose everything.

Just my opinion of course.

It will be dilution by 10% if I'm reading that correctly, but that doesn't add up!

10% dilution at this share price doesn't cover the loan, nowhere near in fact.

Beware the placing at a unspecified price, could be very dilutive to existing holders, trying to raise $6.5m

Secured loan at 10% Pa and placing at unspecified price.

Seems like a very small loan to me.

Bon dia ex my friend. My thoughts exactly, 6-1 on the buy last time I looked so someone has had a sniff of something. Hope they smell something more as need to recover some losses here, double blue as well so might see another pop up before the day is out.

Ex, well I hope they have as copper is now $3.07 which at the last results gives them 30c a lb clear to debt with. I did more than 1/2 my holding back in Jan and please I did but wish I'd sold all, but then hindsight is a wonderful thing, just wish someone would give me a little of it. So will sit tight a little longer and see weather I get my money back or we go bust. Is in the lap of the Gods now.
