Managed to get some away at 11p then bought them back sub 10p. Huge volume last three sessions.

Yes, they were. I doubt that it was a pi either, looked like insti buying to me. Looks like they got their fill for the moment although the 200k delayed trade published at 14:17 followed the pattern. Nice rise, I wonder if they want to pick up some more. I had a few more earlier, just a nibble.

Reason for the rise is the very big buyer who is taking up all of the stock on offer and is still going. Look at the chunks of 100k shares that are being mopped up. Wait for a line of stock to become available and then takes them off the book.

42,700,000 shares, dealing in the Placing Shares will commence on or around 3 December 2020. For balance. Not forgetting first tranche to Bosveld around 8th December after 35 day period due to end. That issue price yet to be announced.

They have raised funds at 35% below current prices. There wil be a fall back to placing price in due course once the shares come online on 3rd Dec
