Non- controlling interest represents the amounts attributable to the 10% interest of the State of Burundi has in Rainbow mining Burundi SM and 3% interest Gilbert Midende has in RBW SPRL shows good support perhaps?

Hi Dingo

Thanks for the reply. Going forward perhaps the numbers will be multiple, but I am interested in initial profitability on the first 5000 tonnes (sold at circa $10k/tonne). I wondered how you got numbers higher than $50,000,000 ($10k/tonne for first 5000 tonnes)?

Cheers

Agreed dingo. This one has been missed by the masses so far. Took an initial stake today and looking to add tomorrow. I wouldn't leave it too long NY Boy.

Shaky et al.
i can tell you there is no other REE deposit/company with such high grades and profitability and forward sold to german TK commodities giant than RBW, who have only scratched the surface with what they already have dug up.
the company
the management are first class. both at boardroom level and on the ground.

the numbers going fwd are multiples of current cap.

Evening, just looking at these, looks interesting, I'm invested in PREM which just broke out today on high vols, so all these types of stocks are in play this year imho.

I plan to make a purchase here this week, GLA

hazl: as you are a poster I recognise, I'll pop my head above the parapet and declare that I bought in here, too, last week.

I hope it does as well for us as PRSM and W7L. I think it will :-)

Hi, other folks.

Welcome aboard Hazl :)

Not that I have been here too long - RBW is an exception to my "no Oil E&P/ Mining sector" stock picks as I find them too volatile !

I have been researching rare earth minerals and metals and RBW seem to have products which will be needed in greater quantities in the future.

Nice to see that W7L has had a good day, though PRSM is having a bit of a retrace - swings and roundabouts !

I get $34,000,000 when I add up the totals per REO at the very top end of the mineralisation figures based on the competent persons report. Not even close to $50,000,000.

Thanks Steve239. $10,000 per tonne equates to $50,000,000 which is approximately double the figures I got when I worked out how much rare earths are in 5000 tonnes of the ore based on minimum mineralisation figures from the 'Competent Person's Report' (hxxp://www.rainbowrareearths.com/the-gakara-project/cpr/) on Rainbow's website and multiplied the tonnage per individual REO (rare earth oxide) by the market price per tonne of oxide (from mineralprices.com). Perhaps the $10000 is based on the upper end of mineralisation figures (I've not worked out what amount of revenue that would generate) and higher end mineral recovery from ore?

"relatively low government ownership (10%)"

Yes that is a low figure, but the Government have a corporate tax rate of 35% plus other things like royalties.
