The next news should be Full year results - that should also give a more in depth operations update - cash at the end of June and an indication of whether this has enough cash until first sales. Hopefully they would give a clearer indication of net sales after Discount and opex.It should be in the next two weeks

Yep Bigboots, had expected a bit more movement on this, though, you know... Burundi. SHARES tipped it at IPO so they may update on it on Weds midnight, you never know...

Pleasing update....We should now see some momentum in the share price as plans come to fruition here.....

The increase in the price of RE's is a real good indicator of the potential of this venture...

Negatives are Burundi political unrest.Fuel shortages might delay things a few weeks. It's a one trick pony - no blue sky - no much exploration - though I think that will come next year.Life of mine update and update on total resources would be good as well. From a financial perspective it's a no brainer

I really don't think they are going to need to dilute. What would they dilute for? Perhaps to ramp up production or something? They might be able to fund that sort of thing from cashflow after a while. Even if they did do a placing it would surely be a value adding placing. The CAPEX here is so low.

I like this line:

"Rare earth prices continue to strengthen - Rainbow basket price up 80% YTD"

That just throws all my calcs I did when investing here at the start of the year out of the window. That's a huge increase in the value of this project. The basket price will likely rise further still. Perfect storm anyone?

I would say they could get $10 a kg at present prices $18 - discount - costs. That's $25 in the first year

even if they doubled the amount of shares between now and end of 2018 this should be min of a double from here.

if they don't dilute this looks like a 4bag min

or am I missing something?

yes. ore prices could reverse, there could be delay,s the runrate may never hit 5000tpa ,a war may break out and the project manager sold off his holding(although the BOD hold a substantial amount).

But Still, this looks good right? They are doing what they say they would do.On time and on Budget.gl

The TREO grades really suck too compared to Rainbows. Apparent TREO grades of 5% are considered very good. What do we have? Something like 60-odd %?

Read this to appreciate what a low opex and capex program RBW have. Also how near to producing they are - 2 months not 2 years.

shakey... not too comfortable with the idea of youth militia running about the place and causing havoc (or carrying out genocidal acts). First sales can't come soon enough as far as I'm concerned.

I bought another 18k at 11p . My average is about 11.2 and is now over 5% of portfolio . I'll leave it there for a while but if it stays this low and I'm able to bank profits from TUs in Sept then the profits might go here. Also TRIN which is very cheap, and producing

Been adding in bits & pieces on different A/Cs.
I agree about the politics in Burundi; not exemplary, so not in too deep & spread across my SIPP/ISAs for balance.
Still a great bet IMO.

I've already quite a few here and I don't really want to risk buying more due to the unstable political situation brewing in Burundi. Africa in general is a risky place ot invest. It seems to get riskier the further South you go...

They also expect the first concentrate from Gasawge to be higher grade than that shown in the recent testing , increasing basket prices, With processing and first sales due in the next 3 months , its quite compelling. I wish I had more funds to buy stock. The annual costs are about $2m and could be paid for by the first 100 tonnes

Costs are supposed to be about $1090/tonne so that gives a profit of $20,865,000 for 1500 tonnes of concentrate at $15/kg.

Revenue : 1500t x 1000 x $15 = $22,500,000 / 1500 tonnes of concentrate

Costs : $1090/t x 1500t = $1,635,000 / 1500 tonnes of concentrate

Profit : $22,500,000 - $1,635,000 = $20,865,000 / 1500 tonnes of concentrate

£15,963,428.32 profit at the current exchange rate.
