Well i did say a placing was due. At least its not at a discount like most companies. Hopefully the placees like what they are getting into so are willing to pay a small premium to bag a larger share instead of buying i the open market with the chance that the price will be much higher if the market got a whiff of a potential buyer of a large holding.

It's Minimal & at a premium - less than 10% of the equity. And in the grand scheme of things it's peanuts compared with value of the rare earths we have.

Agree! Significantly over-subscribed placing so can command a 3.4% premium to market price.

So from the statement this placing covers all expenditure for Phalaborwa through to BFS, even some money allocated for the Gakara Project in Burundi if/when that gets going again.

And a new "significant" investor in the form of TechMet Limited so indirectly links US Government to RBW. Understand TechMet are not new to RBW as they were involved in 2018, see But believe that didn't progress so this is the first real investment (this is before my time investing in RBW, referring to another BB that stated this)
