26/3/2015 08:21 | Nicky Name 25 Mar'15 - 23:36 - 9189 of 9193 0 0 not if you are making most of it up Andy like Swinton contract lost staff not paid --- Not sure about staff not paid, but clearly Swinton contract lost was incorrect, but maybe it was nearly lost, and they managed to retrieve the situation? The movement of the payroll date was bizarre, and clearly designed to improve the figures, nothing more. | andy
26/3/2015 08:21 | Any business or part business is for sell at the right price . That makes business sense. Directors work for shareholders. They do a deal and then let shareholders vote on it, simple. Look at Vodafone selling the stake in Venizon Wireless For $130 billion. Do you call that a fire sale or a commercial decision . The shareholders got a special dividend, the Company got billions to invest in other parts of the world that they needed to invest in. That's why its a great company . | tim2
26/3/2015 08:04 | I have read Gotham. Have you actually read all of it yet? "I just do not like people telling lies and I have every right to say when you and Gotham do this" yes it is your right to state your opinion but it is my right to ask you to justify your opinion with at least a single example. Gotham is 75 pages long. If it contains lies it surely must be easy to find one single lie in one of the 75 pages? | dasv

26/3/2015 08:01 | Kidknocked - the cash flow article provides nothing new. This was all known months ago however it is a nicely laid out article I guess. I note QPP has not updated the market with respect to the current cash position or cash flow. Considering the precarious state of finances, and the mention of working capital in so many RNS's, the silence on this subject would be concerning if I was long. | dasv
26/3/2015 07:55 | Dasv,I read the cash flow article too. Fairly scary stuff. This outfit can't last much longer, end approaching rapidly now. | kidknocked
26/3/2015 07:54 | InvestorDave - NN brought up Gotham's record with other stocks - implying Gotham gets things wrong. R_bedding wrote:- "r_bedding 25 Mar'15 - 15:51 - 21195 of 21239 0 0 Factual inaccuracy in Gotham. Are you joking?" I have asked them to provide a single factual inaccuracy in the Gotham report - to back up their position. They have continually tried to avoid the question and have failed to cite one single factual inaccuracy in Gotham, despite repeated requests (8 to date). Now you accuse me of "being still at it... Shame on you." Do you really think it is wrong of me to politely persist in asking posters to justify their assertions with actual facts and reasoning? If so your position is perverse. And I am sleeping fine - I reduced my short last week. I await more detail on what is going on. I expect the news to be bad. I will increase my short should this happen. My portfolio continues to make new highs. Recent big gains at OPAY and shorting AFR have helped YTD. | dasv
26/3/2015 07:43 | You love going on about Helphire don't you? Well this is a parable for you. Helphire's auditors find a big black hole in their accounts: Regulatory changes squeezed margins:- "That left the company forced to reduce its charges, in line with Association of British Insurers guidelines, prompting a September warning that this would lead to significant losses. Now it plans to increase the volume of cases it handles, but at lower profit margins." (And what do you know, Richard Rose was involved:- "Richard Rose, group chairman, said: "That this error arose is a matter of huge disappointment to the board who have been working for more than two years to deliver change and stabilise the business. During the last two and a half years, management have completely re-engineered the operation, consolidating five separate claims systems to one for new business and from four operations centres to two. Annual overheads have been reduced by over £60m and net debt has been reduced by in excess of £200m since December 31, 2008, whilst the quality of new business taken on has been greatly improved."" Despite this genius strategy they ran out of money and had to write-down and do a placing.. -- Of course with QPP the situation is far more onerous and the write-down numbers, the extent to which shareholders have been misled, will be staggering. | dasv

26/3/2015 07:26 | NN "dasv I just gave you the respect to see what you wrote then (back in July?) all you did was pick out irrlevant bits, and say that they were irrelevant! LOL why didn't you deal with the relevant comments? you are funny " ??? My point is that QPP's "rebuttal" was nothing of the sort. Gotham produced a 70page + document, full of evidence, and QPP's reply was an excuse to spout off yet more marketing gumpf about how their business can produce supernaturally large profit margins. Eighth time I've asked: ONE FACTUAL INACCURACY IN GOTHAM. I don't think you've actually read Gotham yet! | dasv
