I agree with all of what sweet karolina has said. The only part that puzzles me is the bit that says they only have £130m for acquisitions, I think this is purveyed incorrectly. S&G have banking facilities totaling A$265m which is about £130m. This is overdraft/loan facility. I do not know how much of this is already used. It certainly does not mean they are looking to use the facility to purchase assets, so even a £130m would be way too high

'no brainer' acquisitions do not always result in a drop in the acquirer's share price, though I will be surprised if SGH does not drop a tad if a deal is announced

'no brainer' acquisitions also have little difficulty in getting financial backing
