If we look at the situation as a whole, nothing has changed except they have been selling assets are fire sale prices for working capital.

Bulls are far from in the clear, and IT IS MY BELIEF that there will be no S&G bid, they will just buy files. This will keep qpp alive, just about, but it will not justify the current share price

I think bulls are claiming victory prematurely.

We should know over the next 3 months a little more about the true value of the company.

There haven't even been any goodwill write-downs yet.

Following Rob Terry's sacking from the Innovation Group approx 90% of the cost of acquisitions he made were written down. Cozy plc - written down to zero after only a few years.

I expect the value of Himex and other over-priced businesses to be written down similarly in short order.

The bulls, Ben Harrington and QPP itself are acting like the prof. services PSD is worth £640m + future payments, despite the businesses costing approx £50m to buy (!).

This would be a complete reversal of form by Rob Terry: generally he bought companies for huge up front prices with bonus clauses for vendors which despite never being met, resulted in huge pay-outs for sellers. In effect, he bribed owners to sell. Now we are expected to believe that despite this, RT assembled businesses worth 20x their acquisition cost. Even though historically is form is for paying 10x over value for each acquisition (the innovation group).

Additionally, QPP have not updated re: cash flow AFAIK in 2015 (Correct me if I'm wrong).

Once the facts are out - the value debate - if you can call it that - can be put to bed.

With respect to the 200+ articles TW has written, a large amount refer to companies house data or RNS's. There is no debate about what QPP has printed in those documents.

Laughing stock as he only ever writes ridiculous and scandalous accusations. He has destroyed this BB. He asks why I don't post about the company. The reason is if you do you get completely over run with the spinning smear of a few who try to get their "lies" to the top of the thread 24h a day. They (he) is so transparent and it has become ridiculous now. QPP will release news when they can. I love the way they make out as if QPP is up to no good. It is probably the most watched stock right now so be assured they are clean.

Only have a small number of shares now, most of my capital is in cash these days. Averaged down on LGO but still 60% cash. Good luck longs Winifroth looks like a fool now!
