Just turning up on the day at the lawyers office should suffice. They've got offices around the UK, so I am sure we can find one that is convenient for you, me & the plaintiff.

Of course, if forensic analysis is required to prove the case it will need to be carried out at ADVFN HQ with the assistance of the IT team who will confirm the same within 5 mins.

Expenses covered etc.
