And let not forget it’s not all rosy with the extension of the zero coupon bond. The reduction to 5p has just given the holder the option to convert to shares at 1/3rd of the initial agreement, so that’s a potential 96mil shares that can be converted (or 10% dilution!). Rather annoyed at FG basically given them a massive benefit in order to extend. Imo he could and should have waited given it’s not due until December 22

Tick tock.... Q2 MONTH ONE IS GONE and for starting mining is needed: 1. The site with the electricty supply contract (power and price). 2. The hardware (miners). 3. The staff able to run the mining farm. Regarding 1. No info!!! 2. No info about the QBT miner: chip power efficiency (now 23 J/TH for Bitmain), cost and delivery time. 3. No info about QBT staff able to run the mining farm.
