I also reminded myself DWAVE is a Canadian company, the US - SPAC DP CAPITAL + (merge with) Dwave Syst by SEC, approval is in Q2 and relists as QBTS.WS on NYEX. My point being the website now shows the following 3 locations incl Japan.

Personally not fussed if it were Dwave, Fujitsu, NEC, or Socionext, all majors today..✅
All 3 Japanese techs tick boxes for QBT investors. With NEC in bed with DWAVE with a “reseller̶1; partnership of cloud offering from dec-21.
(global reseller of D-Wave's Leap™ quantum cloud service).

We could be using their facility in Japan, as it is Dwave related...

What is important for stakeholders is we deliver diligently but successfully and fast, as this is a global race, and time will not standstill for anyone in races or RnD, unless BTC price and network totally collapses. However such a catastrophic event would affect every crypto exchnage, tech co, miner involved in crypto, as it is a $2-3Trillion dollar global industry. Which is not happening in the foreseeble future. Stakeholders seek delivery and “early revenue streams from solo mining”, and pool miner agreements, as others move forward.

The future appears bright and we are in an excellent position to fully exploit and profiteer at this point in time.

Patents++, confirmation of quantum and field testing AI acceleration results, prototype solo miners and first batch order for super chips .....we await!

We have an agreement with.2 tech companies, in 2 locations.

It nay, or may not be, but both Fujitsu and Socionext are close in line to what we are doing at QBT.

Interviewer: What is the significance of working with the two tech companies for you then?

What we found really interesting is that as soon we approach them. One is in the US and the other in Japan. When they Realised what we are doing. They immediately made available their facility once NDA was signed. Which is great.. We were surprised as we are this small uk based company and we thought these giants would not respond to our emails. Reaction was quite the opposite.

One of them is “sharing the prototypes of their new versions of their quantum algorithms to test”, we are very pleased for that.
