Upside from £25m?
This still remains the most exciting prospect, through greener, faster-mining and new super-chip, when, not if 100x, 1000x faster is achievable (and much faster possibly 3.5 orders of magnitude...5000x) with Dwave. We know it is achievable. Matter of time.

Upside possibilities are anyone’s guesstimate with AI-Machine learning, DWaves annealing system, if you factor in for a)Potential Bitcoin pool-mining select partners, b)First BTC revenue in 2022, c)Self-mining /propriety-mining and revenue, d) A potential US listing - TBD e) 2022- Crypto sector consolidation will continue i.e. JV, merger/amalgamation, SPAC’s
f)Patent_2 - licencing and other RnD.

The most exciting prospect for 2022, to date is no news is factored in at £26m. This in itself is great news for holders at 2.5p, the stock has yet to rise, and that is a great position to be in, as a holder.

If everything is confirmed, we will be bought-out. As a shareholder I have little doubt, a co sitting on super potential assets (super-chips know how) in a hot sector would be left to exploit the sector solo for too long. A SPAC will buy QBT.

A “Reverse takeover” is noted in our last AIM AGM meeting notes:

The Company’s investments may range from a minority position with strategic influence to a controlling position. Any transaction constituting a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules will require shareholder approval and the publication by the Company of an admission document meeting the requirements of the AIM Rules.

Everything is still to be played out.

If there is a clause with Intel, then they can’t mention QBT, also if there are year end results from Dec-21 about to be announced, that maybe is another reason. Yr-end results may come first from QBT.

All if’s, correct; however even going to the Moon, you have 3-4 organisations, all successful companies.

The world is your oyster, QBT benefits the greatest. It solidifies the RnD and our patent_2 and the potential from any BTC market and upside.

My other reasoning is simple.
