Small new BTC miners are being valued at $3bn for IPO’s in the US.

That kind of valuation has to spill over here.
We own the technology outright (IP…)
Places QBT in a strong position.
We have also secured major manufacturer deal
NDA for a very good reason, that is now evident.

MM’s need to allow an honest re-rate.
Should be sat at 5x current valuation, based on US valuation comparisons.
5x gives a skin in the game valuation
Might be a late re-rate, but based on GRIID, we should greatly benefit from this IPO valuation benchmark, if another predator seeks to consolidate.

For 7nm-or-under fabs, currently the only players in the industry with capacity for production are Intel, Samsung and TSMC.

The next gen Bitmain miners (s19xp) due for release July 2022 will use a TSMC 5nm.
Currently, the world’s fastest bitcoin miners on the market are crafted by firms like Bitmain, Canaan, and Microbt using chips between 12nm to 7nm.

The question by poster IGOR in December was:

Out of the only 3 which can manufacture: 3nm or 5nm:
I doubted it was Samsung nor TMSC (any of the Chinese manufacturers for that matter)
Besides TMSC is noted as a “Third party” foundary manufacturer and used by BITMAIN, therefore QBT FG would not share the same.
Bitmain a large client for TMSC - BitMain itself would not be happy also.
A risk for TMSC to lose their client.
Plus - The Chinese look after their own always. Bitmain are huge.
Risk for QBT super patent also.
It would also overlap with their (Bitmain’s) rollout and Q4-orders of machines.
I would therefore cross-off TMSC and Samsung.

That leaves INTEL - a major foundary
We (may) have a NDA with Intel.
We would both have secrecy, INTEL also appear not to give anything away at this point.

INTEL is a US company: fits in DWAVE, with IG, and US crypto exchange recent takeover launch and with a potential US Nasdaq listings. IG’s confidence, maybe they know something. All US based.

Coincidence statements:

FG: had the same beef and complained about hefty premiums of miners prices.

I don’t wish to start a rumour.
But that is my honest take.
All our big news is in Feb as are stock options upside from Feb 15th.
As is INTEL’s and they are using every term so as not to highlight any connection.
If there were an NDA, you would need to do the same, either way...?
