Yes, looking good......John Story overhang is almost gone and it has clearly been holding the share price back. Whenever there has been good news he was selling massive chunks. The market can easily soak up his remaining 17.5m and he may well decide to keep some.

Those shares went to peel I’m sure of it and they were forwards sold, they were sat at around 0.2 lower than anyone else selling at the time if I recall. Only my take but would explain a lot.

I should imagine once they had churned them it was then time to notify the company JS was going to take more warrants

Granted Plaintiff’s request to review a former Court’s decision and, as a consequence, ordered one of the defendants to disclose and file documents regarding an alleged illicit transaction orchestrated by some defendants and the involvement of Sipiem and one of Sipiem’s investees.

Rejected a request by some defendants to file an additional document.

Fixed another hearing for 12 January 2022 to verify that the defendant complied with the aforementioned Court order of disclosure. At the same hearing, the Court will grant further brief terms for the parties to file their specific comments on conclusions reached by the Report and to the Court appointed expert witness to file his replies.
