I also think that anyone that spends their Xmas and new year publicly abusing people behind an anonymous bulletin board needs to take a long hard look at themselves and ask what their life is about. It's both mentally unstable and potentially dangerous behaviour that needs addressing at a level they may be incapable of understanding. That's my opinion anyway.

Granted Plaintiff’s request to review a former Court’s decision and, as a consequence, ordered one of the defendants to disclose and file documents regarding an alleged illicit transaction orchestrated by some defendants and the involvement of Sipiem and one of Sipiem’s investees.

Rejected a request by some defendants to file an additional document.

Fixed another hearing for 12 January 2022 to verify that the defendant complied with the aforementioned Court order of disclosure. At the same hearing, the Court will grant further brief terms for the parties to file their specific comments on conclusions reached by the Report and to the Court appointed expert witness to file his replies.

Sosushi arbitration 1 year up 18th Jan

Sosushi Company s.r.l. (“Sosushi”)

The Bologna Court has elected to continue Clear Leisure’s €1.03 million legal claim against the previous management of Sosushi through an arbitration process. The arbitration process commenced on 18 January 2021 with the Company notifying the Chairman of the Monza Guild of Accountants requesting to appoint three independent chartered accountants to preside over the arbitration process. The arbitration process will conclude with a legally binding decision on the matter.

The board expects that the arbitration process will be completed within one year from the appointment of the independent accountants.

The Company and its lawyers are confident with the strength of the Company’s case.
