ARB CEO did a new video interview yesterday. Fundraise coming at ARB imo following this new attempt at PR fluffing. $1.5 BILLION?? He mentioned selling BTC HODL, Debt or Equity placing in the video. I expect a debt issue with equity warrants attached as an incentive. Ala GKP where bondholders ended up taking the company over leaving shareholders with next to nothing. 'SOPHISTICATED investors' would be happy. You heard it here first! All imho ofc.
