Some people got too much time on their hands - seriously you don’t hold so stop “caring”!!!! Since the company expects receipts from the legacy assets over the next year via a series of pending court claims - I see no reason for a material placing - and even if there is a placing - it probably be a) near the current share price b) over subscribed and c) for the right reasons re business growth so grow up and start posting on shares you actually hold for a flipping change - and get a life!!

You dirty liar, sometimes a placing is forwards sold and it might be a week at most not months. But as per RNS we are fully funded with R&D till the end of 2022, it’s in the RNS which I have stated a 100 times now, seems you are very very desperate to the point of posting in the middle of the night, shows how much your short is troubling you

No it not a lie its the truth because that's how placings work. The company makes an announcement say on 15th December 2021 that they have placed 500 million shares for working capital. However placing shares are worked over a length of time in most cases its weeks or months. It doesn't happen all the day of the announcement. So the recent RNS's that sent the share price soaring is when the nomads/brokers would have started work on the next placing if not before. Why do you think the price has collapsed from 4p to 3.20p its not just profit taking or shorters. The nomads require volume to place shares. This is why placings tend to follow volume generating news good or bad.

How the hell can he be lying about a placing. On 14/04/2021 authority was granted to issue another 1.13 billion shares over the next twelve months. As of today only 18 million of the 1.13 billion have been issued for the exercise of warrants to JS. What do you think the company is going to do with the remainder 1.112 billion shares give them away to charity.

A placing is a 100% certainty.
