How can it Be a sell John? We haven’t even been at 3.95 let alone when we were certainly not long enough for the mm to shift them, and if that was a sell then the mm have lost a shot load of cash selling them cheaper which they won’t, they would have hoffed the share price up and made money. That is a worked by and why the MM have been pulling back to fill imho!!

A legacy court case outcome (nice 10% for the Prof?) surely pales into insignificance to the potential of the new focus on crypto?

Of course the deliverables of that remains to be seen.

There is next to zero chance of the case being settled tomorrow, read the RNS, and if it is delayed then so what?

We are fully funded on R&D till end of 2022 as per RNS so no issue.

Yes unless they dispute validity of claim. The individuals are covered up to £2m p/a. A third of any pay out goes back to Sipiem.

JC - that's an interesting thought. If the insurer pulls the rug from underneath members of the ex management team that were involved originally then they are in and paddling and may wish to settle to avoid further costs.
