Nothing at all wrong with strongly believing. It is important to note they are not claiming ASIC UB is 24% faster they only strongly believe it is.

What the trolls don’t like to see

the Company strongly believes that when compared with the best commercial 7nm ASIC chip for Bitcoin mining available on the market today, an industrial production of QBT’s ASIC at 7nm, would indicate a double hash rate of 1.19TH/s, hence 24% faster.

This performance of QBT’s architecture on the 7nm ASIC, doesn’t yet include the 7% efficiency achieved by the optimisation of the patent application filed in September, which is still to be implemented. The current work on a second patent by the Company’s cryptography expert will hopefully lead to further material optimisations.

The Company remains very confident on the R&D strategy it has adopted which it believes could result in disruptive Bitcoin mining. It is worth noting that the Company’s R&D programme is fully funded until the end of 2022

Yes it is from an academic/knowledge point but it has no commercial value at this very early stage. All universities that have a mathematical, phyics or electronics department are making advances in AI and algorithms. The difference here is that QBT is a listed company so can make public statements on its research that enhances the value of its share price.

If they are funding University research - it is still valuable. SNG was spun out of university research (Southampton) and they are worth over £350m. Sure QBT isn't going to cure covid - but the world works illogically. Why footballers are paid more than nurses etc.

MM’s are taking in the sellers/ shorters and lifting share price further albeit steady pace, they will continue in this slow trajectory rise, enticing sellers, shorters to play thrice of their recent strategy. Mmaker will eventually knock it up towards new high breakout 4.2p x3 on offer.

Market Signal for breakout is getting very close. 4.4p >> 7p

Shorters will roll a dice...
Do we buy back in, margin calls will squeeze them to act, or do they short again and again, . If they short, the risk will grow larger than the reward. As Mm’s lift the share price further. Case for profit from short diminishes.

Either way it is not investing, but gambling, and they will lose £££££.
The bookies always win.

After Fridays excellent news update.
There is pressure building on numerous fronts.
The trend is up 5-7p is coming.

With the amount of effort that “someone”; has gone to in order to try and deter buyers here I think we are in for a fantastic week - I wonder if they have gotten wind of some news that’s in the pipeline and are trying to shake some investors out beforehand?

Unlike Stoxwhizz I'm not running for the hills because there has been another lift in the price. There is always an element of FOMO when a stock makes a double digit gain. It appears on the Top of the Risers board and people pile in.

However I know this is nothing but a mirage in the desert of blockchain and will come crashing back to ground. The company is funding crytopgraphy/AI university research that's all. But as I repeatedly say credit must be given to FG for the use of the name Quantum Blockchain.
