The court hearing is on 10 November. It's only a hearing, will adjourn within minutes.

The case will not be arbitrated until at least March 2022; it will probably take a lot longer.

Pretty excited about this one, 3p looks like a solid base, options exercise at 5p, and court case that should return 7.5m, with the covid and crypto winter boom incoming... ticks lots of boxes for me.Catalysts:1) Court case win 10th circa 5 years worth of historic cash burn2) Patent approvals3) Crypto Boom4) More patents5) New investments.Sure there are more.. looks solid to me.. and 3p looks like the floor.

In order to be taken up, it must be a profitable transaction, therefore the stockoptions set at 5p must be much higher than 5p. 10M OPTIONS and a rising share price along with rising BTC and the exercise date near 105 days away?

In case he needed it, this week has to be a motivating factor for Expert/consultant , of course FG, EXPERT and PHD graduates will be noticing revived excitement in the BTC price surge to new highs and FOMO bulding in the crypto sector, new adoption, new recent high rise of BTC and launch of BTC ETF’S globally. PLUS other NEW companies entering mining, so “time to market” will be on their minds to deliver to shareholders on promise.

I stated this would happen 3months, exactly the way to do this.

FG has 3-4 options, sure the court hearing was postponed, it happens but the warrants were given in Feb and if they were required, they can be used over 2 year period.

Once mining is established.....sp will gush.
Court funds will arrive in q1-22. There are options of partnerships by then also.
Once 2++ patents are announced 1 by 1.....sp will gush further up. Options are 5p-10p

Funding is not an issue.
Arb is going down, i did say it would, valuation is the issue.
