So when did the FCA and your solicitor / lawyer say that these letters were going out then?

Because as you well know, has your solicitor ) lawyer? ( contacted ADVFN with a subject access request for a user that user would have been notified, and the solicitor would then have had to apply for a NPO via the high courts citing the reasons for the release by ADVFN of private member information, and were that order to be granted ADVFN would then have to contact the user again to advise them of this.

But of course you wouldn’t have any thing further to add on this as you have been advised not to post on this board anymore haven’t you?

So we won’t be seeing any more post later from you in that case and I’ll wait for that notification.

You really are clueless.

Your solicitor or lawyer (PMSL) would have to apply to the high courts under a Norwich Pharmacal order, that would have to be passed through the courts in order for you to then approach ADVFN for the release of personal data on posters, ADVFN is then bound to contact the individual and advise them of the order.

Had any emails from ADVFN Spary?

Spary - I recall that apparently you and I are the same poster.. then PP and I are also the same poster as well so there must be only five actual regular accounts on Advdn each with 100+ IDs each pmsl
