Jam rag
1. what is the imminent 'news'?
2. when is it coming?
3. How do you know what it is and that it is imminent?

Or are your posts just increasingly desperate speculation?

Jamerson, the brutal truth is that QBT have raised c£6m through placings and warrants over the last 3 years and here we are with nothing to show. Not great really...is it?

At the beginning of December 2021 the QBT share price was 3p
Three years later at the beginning of December 2024 the share price is 0.75p.

During those three years we have had lots of announcements (all upbeat), lots of additional capital raised, QBT has won a £6m judgment, and revenue is promised and will (so we assured by the bulls on this board) be received within the next 4 weeks.

So why is the share price down 75% over those 3 years?

Just asking for a friend.

It doesn't make any difference how big the debt is if you have not got the money to enforce it.

Why are the debtors not paying if the debt is increasing all the time until they do?

When you see solvent commercial people, including an insurance company, leaving a debt unpaid and watching it increase every day with inflation adjustments and interest at a high rate does it not occur to you to ask yourself why they they consider it to be a commercially sound decision to withhold payment?

Or do you just assume that they want to pay QBT more than they need to?

Broom, the ruling was passed nearly six months ago and there has been no sign of any monies coming in so why do you think we'll see any in the near future? Irrespective of interest and adjustments, they're irrelevant if they can't recover the debt.

The Sipiem money owed to QBT is increasing all the time, as the award included interest to be added until paid.

Wake up and smell the coffee, bullrun. Try to think commercially.
Where is the money to fund the cash burn gong to come from without a cash raise, bullrun?
What is the incentive to the Sipiem defendants to pay up if QBT has not got the money to pursue them, bullrun?
If QBT leaves raising cash until the coffers are empty, the price at which it can get away an emergency raise will be pretty derisory, bullrun.
QBT's failure to raise cash should be a cause of concern to shareholders, not congratulation, bullrun.
