On the closer timescale MSC are making lots of changes.
Good to know what MSC are about and their mode of working.

'MSC is pleased to launch its Burma service on the Intra-Asia trade, starting in mid-July.

The new feeder service will enable connections for Yangon imports and exports via our transshipment hubs in Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas.
The first sailing will be the MSC Suparna F, voyage SB 228A, ETA Singapore on 15 July 2022.

The service rotation will be: Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Yangon – Singapore'


Just imagine if we were supplying all their fuel!

hazl - rest assured the major shipping lines of the containership sector, along with the dry bulk, tanker and cruise sectors will be watching what MSC is doing with Quadrise like hawk.

Bear in mind that the containership sector is a relatively small 13% of the world fleet. Whereas the dry bulk and oil tanker sectors are a combined 72% of the global shipping fleet by deadweight tonnes(cargo carrying capacity).
