I don't get it. The document title suggests Strike are not interested, but the actual contents of the document suggest the complete opposite is true,

"Strike remains in discussion with the board of Purplebricks regarding a possible purchase of the business and assets of Purplebricks"

"Purplebricks has granted to Strike a short period of exclusivity to negotiate the Business and Assets Acquisition"

The problem is that the cash is leaking quickly, and whoever takes it on will know those losses will continue for the foreseeable until if/when a major overhaul is completed. I think long term there may be a valuable asset here, but it will take a long period of losses to get to the promised land. Hence it's going for peanuts...

It's actually ... but deliberately misleading from yesterday's RNS ! U really think large shareholders are going to sell for less than cash in the bank !! The purple bricks brand and technology platform is worth a few million..... add the cash of 9 M This board need stripping of their LTD liability safety net .... hold them accountable..... I've NO position here.

Momentum Investors and Inflection Point sell out entire 7.2% and 4.7% positions respectively. Now this is good news - because both of these houses had all the nous required to buy at many multiples of todays price. In short, they probably haven't got a clue what they're doing. GLA
