likely to give back some of this gain on profit taking as day progresses - but one never knows in markets and expect the unexpected quite often .

online agents is the way to go but it will take a long time to demonstrate that to people brainwashed from an early age to use High street agents . They seem happy to pay about 500% more even though the online agents give the almost the same service - only snag for some people as that the vendor has to show folk around his or her property although , if working, can do weekend viewings . I sold houses twice using
Turtle Homes and no problems - nice to save about £5000 .
Actually , people should be allowed to sell their house themselves but Rightmove etc discrimninate against them - wrong but what cna one do !!

I don't know how they can just say that! That £175 per Tenant application will have to come from somewhere else. I cant see Landlords stumping up more, after already being clobbered by Govt slapping on extra stamp duty, and phasing out offsetting mortgage payments against income for tax.

What is more potentially worrying for Bricks is not the ban on charging tenants letting fees as they have very few insttructions is the Govt moving in and stopping them charging up frontfull stop on sales That would be a killer blow
