woodford actually increased the number of shares held and announced on their last submission on 27.11.17 from 271,848,000 to 301,843,000 reported on the 20.4.18

sure the shareholding went down from 28.3 to 26.16% but that was a function of the share issue to Axel Springer.

What you don't get is PB make no profit though and won't for many years. Plus there is the risk of the Charlie Mullins case going against them and all their agents deemed employees, which they surely are.

Then there is the disaster of the foreign forays plus the cash they are burning (see recent placing).
