14/3/2018 11:10 | 300p by Friday. | bbmsionlypostafter
14/3/2018 10:48 | Every time I look at PURP, I feel it will be trading near £3.00 sooner rather than later. No position either way, just a feeling.. | bulltradept
11/3/2018 23:18 | SK - it could end up costing me a lot more paying purple bricks to do nothing for me. How are you going to get your house onto Rightmove or Zoopla? | melody9999
11/3/2018 20:45 | rog, No sherry here, my friend. | andy
11/3/2018 20:44 | Andy and ltcm1 on the cooking sherry? my friends | rogthepodge
11/3/2018 20:01 | Andy you are spot on my friend. | ltcm1
11/3/2018 12:05 | Rog, My friend has just been quoted £2k to sell his house, asking price £420,000. No sale no fee. Maybe the High St. is fighting back? | andy
11/3/2018 11:13 | Rog tomorrow is a great day to sell. Purp is never going to go north of 425 again. Even if Purp works out the profits are only ever going to be 50-75m, there just isn't a huge amount of money in estate agency. Purp are never going to build a moat and there will always be good local specialists. The show is over here in terms of going over 500. Don't do a Slater and Gordon again rog. | ltcm1
11/3/2018 11:12 | No melody makes perfect sense: pay purple bricks to sell my house, then do the job myself and take a really low price for it. Trouble is I need to buy another house with what I get from selling mine, so it could end up costing me a lot more paying purple bricks to do nothing for me. | sweet karolina
10/3/2018 18:02 | Have you been on the cooking sherry?. That is plain stupid | bobmonkeyhouse
10/3/2018 09:17 | SK 4516. If you want to sell your house later this year, you should definitely use Purplebricks. After all the saving on commission fees allows you to negotiate a better deal with a buyer and gives more chance of reaching agreement on price. Every house will sell even in a slow market if it is priced at the right level. Only if you were not really bothered about selling should you use a traditional estate agent. | melody9999
10/3/2018 00:10 | out of interest, how many discrete individuals post on this thread? a fraction of the number of aliases, I propose ADVFN should not allow it it encourages dishonesty and a false market | rogthepodge
09/3/2018 23:55 | Out of interest rog, are you Nicky name from qpp? | rackers1
09/3/2018 22:46 | just how many aliases do you have? come on spill the beans and why so obsessed with me? maybe I tell it how it is? | rogthepodge
08/3/2018 12:07 | SP should recover now that 2 big sells filled. | melody9999
08/3/2018 11:33 | PB is possibly also getting hit with the coming rise of UK and US interest rates. | bulltradept
08/3/2018 11:18 | PB didnt hurt countrywide. PBricks have about 4% market share and not growing. Countrywide lost direction with CEO chasing the online dream of making no profit . PB has had to break every rule in the fair trade rule book to get where it is. Not many companies would ever act this way and thats why they go bust so quickly. PB getting fined in OZ is another example of underhand tactics. UK trading standards is asleep at the wheel and thats the only reason PB are alive today. CWide confused its staff by trying to offer both online service and honest service. They lost all their top managers a few years ago. The blame is firmly with a bad ceo, nothing else from what i can see. | boofay
08/3/2018 10:54 | buywell3 - 05 Feb 2018 - 16:32:27 - 4394 of 4512 Purplebricks changing the experience of property transacting - PURP 400p chartwise looks a big ask for PURP USA market weakness and 300p looks likely soon I think the DJIA will hit 20,000 within 12 weeks FTSE 100 7,000 cometh | buywell3
08/3/2018 10:46 | Rics were banging on about the lack of supply this morning, it could be that. | ltcm1
08/3/2018 10:42 | Countrywide citing PURP as a problem, and PURP taking a hit as a consequence doesn't make sense. Obviously the talk of a slow down does. Gutted to have missed the short opportunity to be honest. | hpcg
08/3/2018 10:41 | rogthepodge, did you sell yesterday? | bobmonkeyhouse |
