@ buywell - funny coincidence. I was talking to a builder this morning who said they were busier than ever doing property renovations because nobody was moving house. Then on BBC TV news just now, just the same story.

But property prices in the lower/middle range seem to be sticky with sellers reluctant to drop asking prices and buyers reluctant to pay them. Turnover is well down.

Whilst PURP may survive thanks to lower overheads, its rating has to suffer in the face of lower transactions. And why on earth is it going for headlong expansion? Seems crazy to me.
