Even with all this media attention they can't raise one 3rd of the target!
I must say I am shocked that the whole of the joint PB competition base cant raise £50k between them, which just tells me they have all probably created false reviews against each other, and positive ones on themselves.
Why wouldn't you if you could?
None of them want to be exposed so best keep out of it eh?

Why the petty name calling?

My questions to you were perfectly civil, were they not?


The bit you're conveniently missing is they have to convince the HC the reviews are fake (only the positive ones of course!) and that they can prove it!


When the HC ask PURP how they can prove it, I wonder how they will reply? Without hacking the website, how can they possibly know for sure? And if they have hacked the website, will they admit it and open themselves up to a legal can of worms?


I do not doubt for one second that some reviews are fake, both positive AND negative!


I think it's very possible some agents may have posted false negative reviews, and by the same score I think it very possible some LPE's have possibly posted false positive reviews!


It's funny that PURP aren't questioning the good reviews.

because it is so successful and is eating a lot of estate agents' lunches

What evidence is there that any of the reviews are fake?

Have PURP investigated if there are any fake positive reviews?

How can PURP verify reviews are fake on another website? Did they hack it?

And PURP are asking for IP addresses to be handed over, which is a breach of the Data Protection Act!

No, 1.39% is not a huge amount. The significant point is it's increasing & twice as big as it was at the beginning of October.
