Looks like the Yanks are holding onto their grits .Early days for sure but very few sellside instructions arriving Certaianly the chatline operaters have been very vague when quizzed how many have alnded

Meanwhile Their Truststpilot rating has been enhanced from 5*reviews which have yet to eb removed fromt their site and they have the neck to accuse others

Problems at home maybe on their cosy conveyancing links

allegedly, allAgents must stop fake reviews on its site

that's why PURP asked them to take them down

they want £50,000 to defy this request and to defend a potential defamation case
brought by PURP

quite simple really Andy

probably won't even raise the spondoolics at this rate, though

all a lot of noise about nothing

PURP is nicking their lunch, and they don't like it

same will happen in U.S.

Not sure about C. Booker, I do know The private Eye carried a less then complimentary piece re Tom a few years ago, so I'd be surprised, unless there has been a falling out.


£50,000 is not needed, there is currently no case to answer, and even if PURP push it, the HC may not go ahead, they have to convince a Master there is a case to answer first

I'm not sure what you think AllAgents need to disclose, what do you think they have done wrong exactly?

I don't thint Tom and the "Eye" have any connections whatsoever!


I think it is highy unlikely PURP will gain the IP addresses.


They would have to make a compelling case to a Master of the High Court for them to be revealed, and if they accuse the bad reviews of being fake, then surely the court will ask for the proof?


And how will they prove it without the IP addresses?

I would be delighted to see PURP get disclosure of the IP addresses, when it is ordered by a court

this could finish off allAgents, if it is proved to faciltate high levels of phoney reviews

AllAgents last filing at companies house made on 31st May 2017 for accounts to 31st August 2016 suggested they had current assets of £153,069 of which £133,037 was cash at bank and in hand.

And they are asking the public to give them £50k. Interesting approach if you can get away with it. Make your own mind up with regard to whether they are as squeaky clean as they would like people to think?
