13/2/2009 09:18 | I agree Ian. I havent sold any of the shares i bought at 4.5 and now have no intention of doing so. I genuinely believe we have hit bottom and we could easily see this ride back up to IPO price and beyond. Its a great little company with a chunk of cash, limited gearage which continues to grow and expand.. | wookie77

10/2/2009 08:40 | I think the clue lies in the statement that the options @ 10p will only kick in when the share price reaches 20p!!! | azalea

09/2/2009 15:43 | IF a sell(just below 2%) it got a good price -inside the indicated spread and has not appeared to have affected the share price I hope we learn as to whom the trade is attributed to! Edit:16:49hrs: Despite the 'indicated 2m sell' the share price continued on up. Can't help feeling this is going to keep making further advances. | azalea
09/2/2009 15:17 | big £2m trader there. is that our seller cleared out? If so 20p on cards | wookie77
09/2/2009 07:37 | Looks like the directors are lining themselves up to make a killing with an issue of stock options. That's fine by me, because if they make money then so will I. | azalea

These businesses will continue to drive the majority of PuriCore revenue in 2009 with some early sales in the Wound Care business. Additionally with reductions already made across the Company's operating expenses and further diligent cost controls in place as noted in the Interim Results, PuriCore expects to realize further cost reductions of approximately 10% in 2009. PuriCore's 2008 year-end cash position of $20.7 million enables the Company to execute on its business plan." | indi123
02/2/2009 13:03 | They have debts also and still losing cash | robhammers
02/2/2009 11:11 | 216,499,628 shares (in issue) at 5.4p (i.e. 8.1cents, at an exchange rate of 1.5)is approximately £11,690,979 (i.e $17,536,469 at an exchange rate of 1.5). Therefore, the current share price gives a market capitalisation less than the cash in bank ($20mill according to statement). And the directors bought last month at 7.5p | indi123
