delighted to see an annuncement these are difficult times ive not sold as losses would mega however this company should not have a problem for a while as funding has been sorted

Been a rumour for ages, hence why no trades today.
It will enable the share price to hold rather than drop unlike most other shares.

What a vote of confidence! glad I've got plenty of these tucked away. This system will eventually be huge, can't see the other majors not following suit, only problem is will they be able to cope, or will they need assistance from a larger outfit? possible takeover?

Arf Dysg,

PURI seems mainly based in the US.

Others in the same sector are TSTL, SYR and BYOT
Only SYR has been 'clobbered' - for manufacturing problems.
They all have expressed a healthy outlook.

I forgot to mention MST which is a case apart.

I notice the news this morning (Radio 4) was talking about poor hygiene in the NHS and how it's difficult to tackle clostridium difficile and MRSA. Hmmm... sounds like a job for Puricore. I wonder if that's why the share price is up, while the rest of the stock market is heading for the seabed?

I've been quietly watching these for a while and am sort of interested. It seems that this is the sort of product which supermarkets, hospitals, hotels, etc. will like, partly for hygiene and partly as it may save them money. It also seems to be useful at a very basic level, not a sort of optional extra like some fashion/lifestyle products, which can be volatile.

I'm also watching BWB for related reasons: deals with a basic need (sewage water sanitation) which isn't going to go away in a hurry, and saves the customer money.

well someones taken the shares, poss of takeout?? wont hold my breath in this market but if sentiment wasnt so neg at present im sure th sh pr would be higher nice to see a new name .

Crazy arithmetic in the RNS item. They say someone's gone from 6.5 million shares to 8.26 million shares, which I calculate takes their percentage holding from 3.03% to 3.82%. Earlier in the announcement, it says "threshold crossed: 4%"

What? It looks like it hasn't crossed any threshold. It was between 3% and 4% and it is still between 3% and 4%.

It's still good to see that someone has increased their stake.

3m pound or bit more with warrants i here the co is doing fine but part of this dosh is to pay 1.5m of some loan they hv i reckon its safe as a company but at some point a bigger one will either t/ovr [50p] or it will recover long term .the worst has happened its just a long term hold dont need money .the only real prob if the share price actually falls BELOW 13.25p.

to depressing for words why its gone so low i done know crissis in forward funding? all im surer will be revealed at some point either press or company statement meanwhile i sit here nursing the losses hoping !you never know

well mine is epo [earthport]-3p now 86p takeover what pr havent a clue if i know the whole world now knows :)

and of coursr puri im in-- mattaltass well im informed this isnt a bad company im sure our sentiment is the same as yours at somepoint this share should recover
