03/3/2008 10:49 | It will be interesting to wait and watch regards the FEM3 patent... From the FEM3 inventors website (Nov 07): "Another company – infringer the rights of intellectual property is the British-American company STERILOX (EXAMPLE 2). That company attempting to usurp the rights for electrochemical activation technology openly adopts somebody else's engineering solutions or develops new "representative" and "paper" patents, the meaning of which is so well clarified in T.B. Barabash's article : "Intellectual property in the field of electrochemical activation engineering and technology, and protection of consumers' rights" published in the Collected Papers and Reports of the Second International Symposium dedicated to the problems of electrochemical activation development (Moscow, 1999)" | bigfishy
02/3/2008 23:37 | who knows i do believe the fundlementals are sound we just have to wait and if we watch day on day you'll go bonkers so on th microcosum of time it can get depressing i personally now long term and dont watch th share price much. | ian 50
02/3/2008 08:31 | Might be an institution who no longer believes the story here, or perhaps not in an acceptable time frame. | boischastel
01/3/2008 00:17 | the company is is fine and there quaterly statement will be due sometime march which i believe will be very optimistic -sentiment is not there butthis is now a long hold/buy also 150k/135k sells insitutions selling? take that out and im sure th share price would be higher there just might be a big seller. | ian 50
29/2/2008 17:56 | Thanks. Don't do charts! Meaningless to me. | boischastel
29/2/2008 16:44 | I think so Bois...i guess the best thing to do is to accumulate at this level by trading the chart......other than that, its difficult to call....still cant believe the share price hasnt capitalised on the news...i'll consider getting back in at 20p or below or alternatively once breakout of the downtrend is confirmed.... | wookie77
29/2/2008 14:33 | Do you think this will be worth re-investing in this year at all, or do you see any movement in the share price a long way off now? | boischastel
29/2/2008 14:24 | yes....very dissapointed in the reaction to the "safeway news"........... | wookie77
29/2/2008 11:18 | Sounds like you have also sold out Wookie. | boischastel
29/2/2008 11:00 | ths chart is telling me sub 20p is on the card now Bois, so wont top up at 25p and i think support at that level will be limited at best. | wookie77
28/2/2008 08:32 | Sold out completely after that bad news (ECT) and MAY re-invest at sub 25p. As BigFishy says (1167) "Even if Puricore manage to buy the rights the patent is already assigned to a different company for Europe". | boischastel
27/2/2008 15:06 | 20k traded at 28p..............clo | boischastel
27/2/2008 11:09 | 25p getting closer again Wookie! Top-up time ahead! | boischastel
26/2/2008 11:07 | "This has nothing whatsoever to do with the Supermarket business" I think you are wrong, 2 of the patents look like they refer to the FEM3 device - this is the device Sterilox tried to copy and call their own! and is the same core technology they are now trying to buy the rights from ECT. Even if Puricore manage to buy the rights the patent is already assigned to a different company for Europe. Please prove me wrong! | bigfishy
25/2/2008 20:30 | wish i was short lol!!!! Sadly not though... | wookie77
22/2/2008 13:04 | ECT are in the industrial water treatment business and their patents allow the puricore systems to be massively scaled up. This has nothing whatsoever to do with the Supermarket business and I think it's regarded internally as a great opportunity to break into another market. (although make the first one work first I say) Are you sure you lot aren't shorters? | samdayeh2
22/2/2008 11:58 | think you're right bois. | wookie77
21/2/2008 14:21 | Wookie. You going to buy more at 25p? It will be there by next week imo!!!!!!!!! | boischastel
21/2/2008 10:10 | Little wonder the share price is down today............... | boischastel
21/2/2008 09:23 | I don't see why ordinary share holders should pay for this management mistake as it was not in the IM. It also makes you wonder about them rolling out the supermarket deal in Europe, those ECT European patents rights have already been assigned to an established Irish company who are just setting up in the UK! So much for them selling 'their' technology as proprietary! | bigfishy
21/2/2008 07:23 | Miserable performance and bad management, then this. Who votes for this? Certainly not ordinary shareholders. Director/PDMR Shareholding Date : 21/02/2008 @ 08:04 Source : UK Regulatory (RNS and others) Stock : Puricore Plc (PURI) Quote : 30.25 0.0 (0.00%) @ 05:30 | boischastel
20/2/2008 13:55 | Who knows law - spot the difference! On Euroinvestor they say: Electro-Chemical Technologies, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ELCH) (ECT) announced today that an Involuntary Bankruptcy petition was filed against the Corporation in United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of Nevada on February 8, 2008. ECT is currently evaluating the effect of this event on the Corporation and how it plans to respond to the filing. On Puricores website they say: To facilitate the transaction, ECT has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. ECT simultaneously has filed a motion with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval of the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2008, at which time the Company will make a further announcement. Can you file for bankruptcy for the same company in two districts! Looks like they have left themselves wide open... I think a few questions need to be asked. | bigfishy
20/2/2008 13:24 | "looks to me like they had patent issues after all and have had to pay a couple of million to sort it out. Not great......" I can't remember seeing this in the IM, I have recently found out that they have lost a court case against the inventors prior art whose reactor (FEM3) design is superior technology. Looks like they are trying to obtain the rights - they have not purchased them yet so, who's got a few quid! | bigfishy
20/2/2008 11:02 | what PROFIT was ECT producing | ian 50
20/2/2008 09:28 | MIGHT being the operative word. The share price MIGHT go to a quid as well. MIGHT not. | boischastel |
