Wookie, I think we should have results before end of April going by past dates. I will try and phone and imagine they are in US in Penn. offices.

Hi joe I have had previous correspondance with Keith Goldan CFO. I have emailed Greg in the past but cannot remember whether he replie as I email many CEO's of companies of which I am a lrge shareholder. interestingly I emailed both Greg and Keith on friday and have yet to have a response. Is there price sensitive info that is making them hesitate in replying? Who knows. For your information my email was as follows:


I am a long standing shareholder and have until recently continued to increase my holding as and when opportunities are presented to me. I believe in the Sterilox system and am so far impressed by the progress that has been made to date. What i do call into question is the further weakening share price i can only assume is brought about by fears of further fund raising on the basis that a maiden profit seems a long time coming. This is frustrating for me and although i am tempted to increase my holding in Puricore shares i am concerned by this. In addition to the fact that over the last four weeks we have seen one of the biggest rallies the market has ever had. Not here. As i'm sure you can appreciate i am tempted to put my money elsewhere. Will the golden goose ever lay an egg? A share price in this day and age does not look after itself it has to be nutured!
Thus any assurances or progress reports would be well received, both by myself and the market.

Puri is about to reverse. I believe next results will suggest co will be in profit sooner than expected. Get in now. 6p is as cheap as it will get.

it doesnt matter what it does when it goes it goes youll all be looking for all the reasons why but circumstances outside our comprehension will be the factors -yes its doing ok up etc with debt sentiment isnt with us quite yet we live in hope --well i do :)

PuriCore Says Full-Year Revenue Up 81% At $33.8 Million





LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Life sciences firm PuriCore PLC (PURI.LN) Monday said full-year revenue rose 81% and it expects its two core businesses to be profitable in fiscal 2009.

Wookie, where do you get the idea that the cash is more than the market cap? Are you ignoring the debt?

your all going mad a small movement,,, yes ,but are we we going to see it slide again mkt cap so small against previous times- after previous false starts i take the view that it will be some while yet even though this company got its funding and getting contracts that smaller co like PURI get market support--unless theres something really poss on the horizion

Wookie, thanks for confirming possibility of forced seller. I have a bit more funds as sold another stock in my ISA and will buy a few more tommorrow as others realise the potential here!!

joeblogg100, glad you are still here! I know for a fact there is/was a distressed seller. I know that the company as such is as succesful as ever and contining to expand and sign very lucrative contracts, either way next results i can only imagine will yet again surpass our expectations. Eventually the market will cotton on i suppose......

Wookie I too am amazed as Directors piled in above 7p. Just bought another 25k. Result before end of April and trading update was very upbeat. I can only think price has been due to a forced seller??

Our cash is worth more than this mcap!! FACT. Finally a bit more volume today. I hazard a guess they are close to if not already signed up yet another top five US supermarket chain to sterilox. Contract worth???hmmmmm circa yet another $10-$15m per annum.
