24/9/2007 11:45 | Ah, wondered where you were wookie. Trust you had a good honeymoon. Nothing INMO to stop these sliding unless a deal with one of the big US groups we have talked about here is announced. Am not getting any inklings that this is imminent, so waitied until Friday for the price hike and sold most of my holdings. I'll get back in 35p'ish, which will be in a short while I imagine. | boischastel

Greg Bosch, Chief Executive of PuriCore, said: "PuriCore has progressed in all business segments and the increasing proportion of recurring revenues underscores the market's acceptance of our leased business model. We continue to review costs and are focusing on opportunities with the greatest near-term potential. More than ever, we see a clear need in multiple markets for our highly effective, safe, and environmentally 'green' infection control solutions." | boischastel

20/9/2007 10:51 | Ian 50. I think you are right. There are lots of reasons why puri might not announce. The deal may not be actually signed but it could just have board approval from Superduper Co. If it were me I would not announce anything till I had a signed agreement. Superduper may not have decided how to finance such a deal, lease or purchase? Who knows? only the board All I do know is that there are some very exciting things happening and this price has got to be good to get in. I am in it for the long term and not really bothered in short term spikes, this company will do well long term, very well and will eventually get interest from a big player. | samdayeh2
19/9/2007 18:30 | it is my belief from my source is a superstore has already signed an agreement and is waiting to be anncounced i could be wrong!without trying to ramp . | ian 50
19/9/2007 16:58 | Bought in some at what i believe is very oversold share price Happy to see a small rise and hopeful will gain momentum for next weeks(good) news.DYOR. | martest
18/9/2007 20:05 | Ian 50. I personally do not think that the sub-prime problem is of any consequence directly to Puri, but is part of the malaise affecting the markets until tonight's announcement from the Fed, which may help the share price in sentiment and in terms of confidence. As to any 'deal', this is only heresay and BB talk, but there IS hope that at some future stage Puri will attract the attention of a J&J or similar. There is also a realistic possibility that a big chain(s) will purchase a large quantity of Puri/Steri's products, but whether any announcement is imminent or indeed to be announced with the interims is speculation at best. There is no timescale for either of these scenarios that I know of. I DO think that BBs generally attract rampers and derampers who use the threads to further their own points of view. It is their desire to influence the share price in whatever way they can for their own benefit - this BB is not a private one, so any person posting here does so without censorship (other than that by ADVFN). Unless one personally knows the individual, it is best you read what they write for their (typed) 'point of view', rather than their supposed reasoning to sell or buy, which may be the opposite of what they propound here or elsewhere. Make up your own mind from previous posts and decide who is whom! Consequently you are advised to do your own research (DYOR)! | boischastel

18/9/2007 19:04 | was going in yesterday but computer went on the blink i'm just not sure how good the info is on puricore for a company to wait so long for an agreement annoucement maybe all isnt to good in th usa spending sub prime maybe they want to do the deal later changed their mind ichanged mine 62p sold 60p but should i buy??? wz recommended this share . Boischatel you seem to have an understanding about this company please tell me this interim whats ??!!! and do think this superduper co [get the hint]is going to do the deal. | ian 50
17/9/2007 20:05 | Nor me ian. As you may (or may not) have read my original posts here, the products are what matter and investors perception of them and their ultimate profitability for the company. For the moment, I believe the company is realistically valued, as much because of continuing bad results as (imo) pushing some products too hard (and overspending on them) to the detriment of others, which have more realiseable and earlier profit streams. An argument can also be made that the company is targeting the USA overly much to the detriment of the UK and EU. DYOR. | boischastel
