|thsnk you for the update|
|Liquidators have so far raised $500,000 and hope for another $575,000 before costs. A distribution will be considered when those final funds have been received. About 60m shares so maybe around 1p a share payout if all goes well
For more information and a copy of the latest report contact Grant Thornton at the following address
|does anyone know if we might get any money for this|
|Three cheers for the Liquidators. Hip Hip|
|bisiboy - it would be nice to get some sort of result before the end of the year. Preferably before the liquidators spend everything.|
|oh well as long as the liquidators get paid thats alright
i am sure they have done a great job!!!!.|
|i was told a report being issued by liquidator in next two weeks that was two weeks ago!|
|We delisted at around 0.80-0.90p with the asset value at over 8p - now I don't think we'd get any close to that but I'd like to hear what has been left over -|
|Not yet - still waiting. No website either - so no ideas here|
|Has anyone heard anything ?
I thought the liquidators were meant to report within 15 months of liquidation but I haven't received anything.|
|anyone heard anything on this?|
|bisiboy - you could well be right as I can't find a market definition for what SQQ3 is so any clarification would be welcome.
It will be interesting to see how many trades we get on the 16th of May (last day of trading on AIM if vote passes).|
|Over 1% total equity bought today in a single transaction - 666k|
|yes but i dont think they are listed on aim|
|The AIM listing is worth money on its own. 3DR managed to make a clean cash shell without giving the old business away.
'In October 2012, following the approval of the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, the Board introduced new investors to the Company, hived down all of its assets and liabilities, together with £100,000 of cash introduced by the new investors, to its wholly owned subsidiary, CarieScan, then transferred CarieScan to a newly formed private company, 3D Diagnostic Imaging Limited, for a nominal consideration and gifted the shares in this new company to the Company's existing shareholders. As a consequence the Company's existing shareholders at the time ended up holding an identical number of shares in the AIM listed company and in 3D Diagnostic Imaging Limited, the newly formed private company.'|
|That answers the question|
|looks like its all over|
|We are currently capped @ 500k - I'm sure when liquidated there will be much more value than current.|
|It does seem that all the buys are being hoovered up so someone must still be buying them.|
|Second point - is that i think they will go for the liquidation. However if management can be changed and the current portfollio worked on then it could potentially recover -
RIG was a classic example where everyone had written it off 2009 - 1p now 34p - Thats a return - best of luck.|
|Well - Hendersons have been in quite early and sold @ higher highs - they are now buying back in with a few inst taking a heafty tax loss - PSD listed raising in total around £63mill - so to get from £63mill to here is quite an achievement indeed -
Another investor took up the reigh and has taken 3% - a finance director of some sort - Agreed that Parabel are the major factor here but also there is no debt here which is a huge positive in these cicumstances -
For me @ these levels its a great risk - reward strategy. The stipulation however is that if decided on liquidation, it should be done on a premise that the company stays listed here - There are various reasons for doing so.|
|That's a good honest post, and I am also intrigued by this play and the Hendersons buying etc.It could be a NEOS all over again maybe and not end up being liquidated?Who knows but the buying and increasing of stakes by at least x2 institutions/investors is fascinating.|
It looks like they are getting that NAV from Loans & Receivables. According to the Feb 13 interim statement Feb 2013 the value attributed to Biovest is $1,616,573. In March 13 Biovest Company filed a petition for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and a Plan of Reorganization seeking to implement a restructuring of its balance sheet that would eliminate approximately $44 million in senior debt. I presume that PSD will be affected as the debt will be converted into the shares of a speculative and loss making company.
The largest portion of this 8.4p is attributable to Parabel who are in debt to the tune of over US$90mm and rising. Granted they have just had an injection of $15m but that is only 6 months cash burn.
I am intrigued that Hendersons have bought in. If they know something it is certainly not in the accounts. I am tempted but must be prepared for a long and arduous liquidation process which may or may not lead to a return of capital in PSD's investments and loans.
There again it wont be the first time that a fund manager has managed to lose other peoples money.
One for the brave. Don't bet the farm on it.|
|Top slice at 4p..not bad..now wait for assays results to be released..|
