That was just a newspaper rumour, AIMBagger, printed by a solitary newspaper with a strong family connection to the O'Reilly family (O'Reilly senior used to own it). Sometimes rumours can be true, but equally they can be false and started by someone keen to increase the share price. I'd guess in this case it was false.
Believe in facts, AIMBagger, but treat rumours with caution. Rumours are often false and spread by pumpers and dumpers.
Share prices go up on news and speculation. Sometimes the speculation can turn out to be correct, but conversely it can turn out to be be wide of the mark.

There was a late sell of approx 2m shares on the Dublin exchange. Dropped the share price by 5%. Someone is offloading.

You could be right about a share transfer as a 5.45m buy would have nudged the share price a wee bit more methinks.
