22/8/2020 09:31 | No reason not to finally announce the details of Barryroe farmout. Should rise nicely when finally out in the open. | hermana3
21/8/2020 22:25 | Likely either rumour of imminent rns/deal, or buying on the back of the 1million order being put through. Former seems more likely. | riley9
21/8/2020 22:18 | That said, it would be awesome to get news of a deal next week, and would be incredible to hear we have good terms for 50% of Barryroe, similar to what was on the table for APEC. If so, I will be dancing a jig! | contrarymary
21/8/2020 22:03 | Anyone care to speculate what today's volume was about? I was thinking with talks on a farm out deal to conclude by 31st of October that it is still early for any signs of white smoke. I had anticipated that the share price would continue to slide for a few weeks yet until around the time of the deadline. I am guessing that although a lot of people have been burned by this share previously and wouldn't touch it with a bargepole, there are still others who are trying to quietly accumulate at the best price possible, but are finding it difficult to increase their position because there are few shares to be had. All thoughts welcome. | contrarymary
21/8/2020 18:05 | Well spotted Herm, that is a biggy, Fair to say you are the backbone of this thread.👍 | roadster750
21/8/2020 17:49 | Meaty 1m+ trade at the close of business. Monday could prove interesting indeed.... | hermana3
21/8/2020 17:31 | Point taken,Riley. Hopefully some newsflow here next week and we can dissect that. | hermana3
21/8/2020 17:18 | Agreed, any chance you two could leave it and stick solely to PVR on this PVR thead. | riley9
21/8/2020 16:15 | Hermie, Just leave it please. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 16:05 | GD, You are as windy as a bean eating Texan cowboy. Wasnt me who referenced your overbearing ego.... | hermana3
21/8/2020 16:01 | Hermie, Long winded. How many posts have you posted on this bb? I do like my voice, I don't love it. I am not in anyway an egotistical git. I just call it as I see it. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 15:55 | GunsOfMarscapone, You took your time to come up with that. I know what I am doing. I have only one small oiler COPL. ARCM should give me a good return within 5 months, that I have trade previously and profited by more than 10%. CAI an OZ gold miner will start production early 2021. They are going to be very big, cost me nowt, a total free ride and a big free ride it is via KRS. KRS are going to turn, AGM on the 24 August. KIBO a punt and not a big one. Others I have had and sold at a profit, though I have also lost money on some. All in all I am doing OK and in control. GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 13:58 | GOM, Are you seriously inferring that old GD has something of a "God complex"? We all know he is very long winded and extremely opinionated but havent heard him described as an egotistical git on this thread or elsewhere. Doesnt mean he ain't one though lol. Definitely in love with the sound of his own voice..... | hermana3
21/8/2020 13:51 | GD it is also possible that your own egotism has taken control of the brain, I mean surely, given the circumstances which you have dabbling in V high risk micro oilies is far from rational? Up to you, very sharp direction traders (>10%) can make money. Otherwise the time horizon required for this asset class is far too long, ten years plus. Even then years have to pass in most cases before a suitable entry point is achieved. | gunsofmarscapone
21/8/2020 12:39 | Well GD always did a wee bit of trading but now it is only trading as dont want to hold anymore than I already have and cant afford to either lol. | hermana3
21/8/2020 12:31 | Hermie, So you have changed your investment style with PVR. Good for you. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 12:23 | GD, The only way to make dough here is trading and me nerves are more than a wee bit frayed aleady lol. Thanks for good wishes anyway. | hermana3
21/8/2020 12:10 | Hermie, I hope you make good money on your investment here. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 11:43 | GunsOfMarscapone, I am retired and disabled. I do not have much in savings and worked all my life until I became disabled. I am also unwell. The monies I make will go towards my wife when I die. She is my carer and I do not want her claiming Universal Credit, especially when getting a job currently is nearly impossible. I am also far from being cognitively dissonant. Stocks and share plus this site are not dedicated to capitalism, they are a way to possibly make money. I am in no way a communist. Your post smacks of ego. GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 11:08 | So what are you doing on a site dedicated to Capitalism, dabbling in shares or derivatives? Odd sort of ‘SocialismR | gunsofmarscapone
21/8/2020 10:55 | Cep, Fair enough. I watch the BBC, Aljazerra and RT.com. I do not believe everything on these news channels but I do make a choice, right or wrong. My politics is socialist and has been for 30 odd years. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
21/8/2020 10:47 | Toon always good to have you onboard. Will your pal who used have a few here make a comeback anytime soon here? | hermana3 |
