Alan did not suggest a potential two month delay just like he did not say "this is a new farm-out agreement that the company is negotiating with Norwegian group Spot-on Energy, which last May invested $3.3 million (€2.8 million) in the Irish company". Barry O'Halloran is writing this, it looks to me like he has put this article together using existing information and made obvious errors that indicates to me that Alan was not present when it was compiled and that he was not consulted before it was printed, would he have allowed the $3.3 million error to be printed? Of course he wouldn't.

Cag, Linn is the seller and in the unenviable position of waiting on the buyer. Agree if this slips beyond October 31 the market will get very twitchy indeed.

As I posted on the other board..
Linn has delivered so far albeit with a slight delay so far.
For him to suggest a potential two month delay is not good.
The whole world is using zoom, so face to face is not necessary anymore.
Unless he knows its going to be agreed by the end of Sept and wants to 'surprise' the market.
I don't think this interview bolstered his reputation, even though I think he is well spoken.
If things go past Oct 31 the share price will tank.

Linn is smart and the worst case scenario is end of year. As always we will just have to wait for the ink to dry.

My reading is that he is suggesting that it is possibly the end of the year before we have a deal.

Only a couple of months away herm and we're to get the site survey sign off and work programme in the interim. I think the work programme will be very telling as to how they see the development of the project unfolding. Exciting times

Usual articulate interview with Linn. What a breath of fresh air to have a focussed realistic CEO at last. Looks like we may have to wait until 31 October if we are lucky for this long awaited farmout to be signed off...

First time I’ve been able to get a quote at the ask all day. 35k available at 5p, that’s it before going NT again. Unjustified drop on open by the MM’s this morning. Hopefully survey news this week!

It was 5.49p quoted on IG yesterday, today it's been 5.1p all day, as mentioned to get 4.9p you would have had to do a fok or call your broker, looks like someone has! Now NT at 5p

Think we should get some news soon, the priority is clearly Barryroe and I'm glad as that's the main prize. It's been NT all day today, can get 100k on IG at 5.1p but nothing cheaper. FoK or call broker job! Would be nice if the MM's played ball after marking it down on open.

AIM,The market is quiet this week but as we know it dont take much to either drop or rise the share price here. It's all about Barryroe and would be nice to hear if Alan has any plans to progress the likes of Hook Head, Helvick and the other marginal Celtic Sea fields. Our partner is moving ever so slowly on them since coming onboard.

Strong week last week, hoping for more of the same this week. Ask light today which bodes well, just 100k available then MM's wanting a massive premium of 5.49p for anything larger.

There are many investors still very much holding negative equity in PVR and it has certainly, over the years, had more than it's fair share of disappointments, false dawns and unsubstantiated boardroom hype, It has been dragged back from the brink in recent months by a refreshed board, the massive increase in issued share capital and the very positive chance of Barryroe going ahead at last.

The hope is that the 31st October is deadline day and that it will be positive but, not wishing to sound pessimistic, I cannot see that news on it's own having the sort of effect on the share price as some on here are predicting. This news may have been calculated into the current share price and if it does come we will no doubt have a long wait before we see some action on the drilling front

The results then will have the final say as to where we end up so it won't surprise me if we remain below 10p until we reach that stage. IMO

There is very good chance that farm out will be signed within timeline. SpotOn Energy holds 3% of shareholding in PVR, that shows their commitment for the deal. Furthermore, consortium members are well reputed companies, they would not allow to publicly disclose their name if they were not sure about conclusion of deal. I'm very confident that farm out deal will be signed by 31 Oct and share price likely in double digits
