Old guys rule, eh?

I dug out the year end 2011 Annual report for LOGP.

T Anderson resigned on 9 Nov 2010 so he wasn't at the AGM. Neither was Steven Lampe, he was in the States.

Anderson held 9.70% of LOGP at that time.

AIM, The Indian State Oil Company offered £16 a share but our Tone and The Board bungled the process as always.

In 2012 when the company struck black gold at Barryroe, the share price hit a high of £7 per share! Yes, seven pound. Back then, the number of shares in issue was 63.35M. Today, the amount of shares in issue is 835.4M giving an equivalent share price of 53p! Current share price .. 4.3p!

Mr Mc Kay sure sounds very chipper. Married to a Cork woman too and will be nice to see Barryroe replace Kinsale as the primary supplier of Energy on the Island of Ireland. These boys will get us into Green Energy pursuits too....

Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by Thomas Anderson that he holds 28,767,501 ordinary shares of EUR0.001 each in the capital of the Company representing 3.4% of the issued ordinary share capital.Not a traditional TR1 but a new significant shareholder!
