200 day EMA is at 12.50p. Will the share price drop back towards that 200 day EMA? If so will it act as support as it has in the past? Who can know? Share prices are impossible to predict, rather like the weather!

Faroe board giving the two fingers to DNO bid. Price is not over generous but can be a very dangerous game playing hardball with giant outfits as we know all too well here...

FPM listed in 2003. It's not been a great performer over those years, but it's performed a whole better than PVR!

Providence and other operators in Irish Sea are increasing funding for a campaign with IOOA to highlight positives of O&G Sector in Ireland. No point bending over to them well heeled toffs at an Taisce. Time to take them on....

njl53,An Taisce application for judicial review Adjourned to Dec.11th . Thor comment to the effect that we plough on ,its concern of Irish Government not PVR,,, THIS IS MY SYNOPSIS NOT VERBATIM .check out for yourself Irish Times.....

The article is here ...

Some background ...

1. The judge granting a judicial review was expected, because the judge could not rely solely on the evidence from An Taisce. This means that he could not make a decision 'ex parte', without DCCAE submitting their own papers. So there will be a review, but the judge will now take evidence from both An Taisce and DCCAE.

2. The judge will review all the evidence after submissions from both parties on 11th December.

3. The judge will make his decision, most likely after a just few days, and decide whether this should proceed.

I don't make any comment about the likelihood of this happening as not in any position to do so.

Edit: 11th Dec

The An Taisce action against the government granting a permit for the survey is the subject of an article in the Irish Times. Case adjourned until 11 December. I wonder will the survey be underway by then?

Aye, Merry Christmas Guns. Sunnier climes?

Ocean Observer has turned 180 degrees and currently marked as "standby for weather." Possibly had to sail out of the survey area with a towed array due to rough conditions forecast and may not have finished.

Looking back, survey due to start late November in the original notice, so no pressure there then!

Ftj - judging by its track, it's been doing what looks like some well site surveying about 100 miles north of Kristiansund. There has been some to-ing and fro-ing so too early to say if work up there has finished, but appears to be heading back to port now.
