24/11/2018 12:01 | njl53,An Taisce application for judicial review Adjourned to Dec.11th . Thor comment to the effect that we plough on ,its concern of Irish Government not PVR,,, THIS IS MY SYNOPSIS NOT VERBATIM .check out for yourself Irish Times..... | blustry123
24/11/2018 08:06 | The article is here ... Some background ... 1. The judge granting a judicial review was expected, because the judge could not rely solely on the evidence from An Taisce. This means that he could not make a decision 'ex parte', without DCCAE submitting their own papers. So there will be a review, but the judge will now take evidence from both An Taisce and DCCAE. 2. The judge will review all the evidence after submissions from both parties on 11th December. 3. The judge will make his decision, most likely after a just few days, and decide whether this should proceed. I don't make any comment about the likelihood of this happening as not in any position to do so. Edit: 11th Dec | itsriskythat
24/11/2018 06:59 | The An Taisce action against the government granting a permit for the survey is the subject of an article in the Irish Times. Case adjourned until 11 December. I wonder will the survey be underway by then? | funtimejonny
